Waislamu katika nchi ya magharibi mwa Afrika ya Mauritania wamefanya maandamano makubwa kupinga jinai ya jarida moja la Ufaransa la kumtovukia adabu ruwaza ya Waislamu, Mtume Muhammad SAW.

Maandamano ya Waislamu hao yamefanyika mbele ya Msikiti Mkuu (Masjid Jamia) katika mji mkuu wa Mauritania, Nouakchott, ambapo waandamanaji wamelaani vikali utovu wa adabu wa jarida la Charlie Hebdo la Ufaransa wa kuchapisha vikatuni vinavyomvunjia heshima Mtume Muhammad SAW.

Katika maandamano hayo, Waislamu wametoa mwito kwa mataifa ya Waislamu kote duniani bali kwa kila Muislamu kususia bidhaa za Ufaransa kutokana na viongozi wa nchi hiyo kuunga mkono jinai hiyo kwa madai ya kuchunga uhuru wa kujieleza.

Maandamano hayo yameshuhudia bendera za Ufaransa zikichomwa moto kama njia ya kuonesha kuchukizwa vikali Waislamu wa Mauritania na uhalifu uliofanywa na jarida hilo la Ufaransa la kumtovukia adabu Mtume wa Mwisho wa Mwenyezi Mungu ambaye ni rehema kwa walimwenguni wote.

Cha kusikitisha ni kuwa, viongozi wa ngazi za juu wa Ufaransa akiwemo rais wa nchi hiyo wanatangaza kuunga mkono uhalifu huo. Siku ya Ijumaa Rais Emmanuel Macron wa Ufaransa kwa mara nyingine alitetea jinai ya jarida hilo ya kuchapisha tena vibonzo vinavyomtovukia adabu mtukufu wa daraja, Bwana Mtume Muhammad SAW.
